Angela qualified as an Insolvency Practitioner in 2012 and has 18 years’ experience working in insolvency. She spent 18 years with chartered accountancy firm, Henderson Loggie LLP before joining Dunedin Advisory as Associate Director in June 2019. She is licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS) to take formal insolvency appointments alongside our director, Christine Convy.
Angela has experience across a broad spectrum of businesses working with accountants, solicitors, IFAs and other professionals in assisting with recommendations and solutions for business. Her experience is within business advisory avoiding future insolvency proceedings, restructuring, business wind downs out with insolvency and formal insolvency appointments. Insolvency appointments include Members’ Voluntary Liquidations (solvent), Court Winding Ups, Creditor Voluntary Liquidations, Company Voluntary Arrangements, Administrations, Sequestrations and Protected Trust Deeds. She has been involved with businesses in a wide range of sectors including care homes, call centres, professional firms, trades, construction, retail and hospitality.
Angela also advises on debt solutions for business owners and individuals in relation to personal finances.
She brings a wealth of knowledge, technical expertise and experience and is a key member of the Dunedin Advisory management team.
