Dunedin Advisory was founded in 2009 and progressed to an employee owned business in April 2020. The management team comprises a wealth of experience – licensed insolvency practitioners, chartered accountants and business professionals who collectively have over 147 years of experience in business and professional services.
What we do
The company has offices in Dundee, Glenrothes and Glasgow with a dedicated team specialising in debt consolidation, debt management and solutions, business advice, business restructuring, refinancing, independent business reviews and valuations, court reporter and expert witness assignments, creditor settlements and negotiations and formal insolvency appointments. Formal insolvency appointments include sequestration, company voluntary arrangement (CVA), creditors voluntary liquidation (CVL), members voluntary liquidation (MVL) and Administration. Informal appointments include other specialist services such as debt arrangement scheme (DAS), business debt arrangement scheme (BDAS), protected trust deed (PTD), expert help and business consultancy.
Our strong team includes qualified Insolvency Practitioners, Chartered Accountants, CPI and CPPI accredited staff. The company works with individuals with cash flow and debt problems, business owners and directors looking for solutions to business challenges, business restructuring, consolidation, financial pressures, dispute resolution or an exit from their business. The Dunedin Advisory team often work alongside accountants, lawyers, bankers, money advisers, local government, Business Gateway, IFAs and creditor institutions to achieve the correct solution for you.
Where we are regulated
We are ICAS (Institute of Chartered Accountants Scotland) and FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) regulated and members of R3 (Association of Business Recovery Professionals – Business, Recovery, Renewal) and the Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA).
